1-0 Consulting was founded by Andrew Ollis, a fundraising executive with over $100 million raised since 2010—for veteran organizations, faith-based nonprofits, policy groups, and patriotic causes.

Andrew isn’t just a consultant. He’s a builder. As a founder or co-founder of multiple organizations—including Believe Media and 1-0 Consulting—he knows what it takes to start from zero and scale. As a founding board member of a national nonprofit, he built the fundraising infrastructure that took the organization from inception to over $5 million raised.

He’s seen what works, what doesn’t, and what separates organizations that scale from those that stall.

A: We typically work with nonprofits, C4s, and PACs with annual budgets between $500K and $10M. Smaller organizations often aren't ready for our level of service; larger ones usually need full-time staff.

A: You get a dedicated senior fundraising executive for a set number of hours per month. We attend board meetings, manage your donor pipeline, coordinate campaigns, and provide strategic oversight. You get the expertise without the $150K+ salary.

A: Both. Your Fractional CDO provides strategic leadership and coordinates execution. Depending on your needs, we handle some work directly and bring in trusted specialists for others—print production, design, specialized grant writing, etc. You get one point of accountability: us.

A: No. We work with nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and PACs—not candidate campaigns. Our focus is building sustainable organizations, not winning elections.

A: We work with organizations that believe in American sovereignty, constitutional principles, limited government, free markets, and strong national defense. If that describes your mission, we should talk.

A: Our Fractional CDO engagements have a 6-month minimum. Building real fundraising infrastructure takes time—we're not interested in quick fixes that fall apart. After the initial engagement, most clients continue on a month-to-month basis.

A: Yes. While our Fractional CDO engagement is our core offering, we do take on select à la carte projects—grant writing, event strategy, direct mail campaigns—for organizations that need specialized help in one area. Contact us to discuss.
